Atisbo

Privacy policy

Last revised: 4 November 2026. Draft text pending review by a professional before launch.

In case of doubt, the Spanish version prevails.

Who the controller is

Argalla (Tecniart Galicia), contact email hola@atisbo.pro, is the controller of the data of the people who create an account in Atisbo and the processor of the data its customers collect with the script.

What Atisbo does with the visits to a customer's website

The Atisbo script records the page visited and the IP address of the connection, and looks up which organisation that address belongs to. It only stores company data (name, domain, sector, size, headquarters). In cookie mode it also stores a random identifier in a first-party cookie to recognise repeat visits; in cookieless mode (the default) it stores nothing in the browser. It does not identify people: it does not obtain names, emails or professional profiles of whoever is browsing. The IP address is not stored: a digest computed with a secret server key is kept, which changes every day and is deleted after 48 hours.

If a customer company holds contact details obtained by other means and links them to a profile, anyone can request their opt-out at /opt-out; they are deleted from every account and are never linked again.

Data of the people who use the dashboard

Email, name, phone number if you provide it, access log (date, method, IP) and the billing details managed by Stripe. They are used to provide the service, invoice and notify you of incidents. Legal basis: performance of the contract. They are kept while the account exists and, afterwards, for as long as tax law requires.

Processors and recipients

  • Hosting: our own server at Hetzner (EU).
  • IP address to company resolution: ipinfo.io (United States, under standard contractual clauses). It only receives the IP address of the visit.
  • Payments: Stripe (Ireland). We never see your card.
  • Transactional email: the SMTP provider of the sending domain (EU).
  • The integrations you connect (Slack, Microsoft Teams, HubSpot, your webhook) receive the company data you decide to send.
  • Support assistant: Anthropic (Claude model), only for the text of the questions you type in the help chat. It receives no data from your account or your visitors.

Cookies

In the dashboard, one technical session cookie. On customers' websites it depends on the mode each one chooses: none in cookieless mode (the default) or one first-party cookie (pgd_id, 400 days) with a random identifier, with no personal data, to recognise repeat visits. No third-party cookies and no advertising.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@atisbo.pro. You can delete the whole account from Settings. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

For customers: what to put in your policy

If you use Atisbo on your website, your privacy policy must explain it. In Settings, Privacy and contracts, you have the text ready to copy (in the cookie or cookieless variant, depending on your mode) and the data processing agreement.
