Owner

The service
Atisbo identifies the company the customer's website is visited from and sends that information to the tools the customer connects. It does not identify people. The identification rate depends on each website's traffic and is shown in the dashboard; no percentage is guaranteed.
Plans, credits and billing
A credit is one unique company identified in a 30-day cycle. The free plan stops when its credits run out. On paid plans you can set an overage cap; without a cap, the plan stops when the credits run out. Billing is monthly or yearly in advance. You can cancel at any time from Subscription: cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and you keep the service until then. Unused credits are not refunded in money. Plan changes are prorated.
Customer obligations
Install the script only on websites you are responsible for, state the use of Atisbo in your privacy policy, handle opt-out requests and use the company data in accordance with data protection and commercial communications law.
Data and account closure
You can export your data as CSV or through the API and delete the whole account from Settings. Deleting it removes every profile, integration and user immediately.
Governing law
Spanish law. For any dispute, the courts of the owner's registered address, unless the law provides a different jurisdiction for consumers.
